Outside of work, you can probably find David with his wife Daisy and their three boys camping in the Idaho mountains or skiing as a family.

Dallin is a founding member of the firm and leads assurance engagements with a focus on building strong client relationships and delivering practical, reliable insights. With over 10 years of experience in audits, reviews, and financial reporting, he has a passion for helping his clients strengthen their financial operations and achieve long-term success. Known for his collaborative approach and attention to detail, Dallin is dedicated to making the assurance process clear, efficient, and value-driven. Dallin spends his free time exploring the Idaho outdoors with his wife and three young children.

Blake brings a fresh perspective to the H&E Advisors team, combining a solid foundation in accounting with a commitment to client success. Since entering the accounting field in 2023, he has worked alongside firm partners David and Dallin, developing expertise in financial analysis, audit support, and client advisory services. His strengths include delivering reliable financial insight, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring each engagement is handled with accuracy and care. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors and making memories with his wife, Naomi, and their son.

Bryce joined H&E Advisors as a Senior Auditor, bringing experience in audit and assurance services since 2022. He provides comprehensive assurance services in accordance with professional standards and works closely with clients to support clear, reliable financial reporting. Bryce is dedicated to delivering high-quality engagements, fostering strong client relationships, and contributing to efficient and effective audit processes. Outside of work, Bryce enjoys playing golf and disc golf, working on cars, and following sports—especially football. He and his wife are proud parents of three children, and Bryce values spending quality time with his family.

Austin Hurd has worked in auditing and financial reporting since 2021 and joined H&E Advisors in 2026. His experience includes both internal and external audit roles, serving clients across a variety of industries. Outside of work, Austin enjoys spending time with his wife and son, traveling, solving crossword puzzles, and fostering dogs.

Jacob is a Senior Auditor at H&E Advisors, where he leads and executes financial statement audits, reviews, and compilation engagements across a variety of industries. He focuses on delivering clear, actionable assurance services while working closely with client leadership and mentoring engagement teams. Jacob graduated from Boise State University with a double major in Accountancy and Finance and is currently completing the final requirements for his CPA license. Outside the office, he enjoys mountain biking, staying active outdoors, and spending time with his girlfriend, Maddie, and their friends and family around the Treasure Valley.

As a Staff Auditor at H&E Advisors, Zach brings a strong foundation in accounting, having recently earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He is excited to apply the knowledge and experience gained through his academic studies and prior internships in a professional setting. Zach is committed to continuous learning and growth as he develops his career alongside the H&E Advisors team. Outside of work, Zach enjoys spending time with his wife. Whether exploring new places around town or enjoying a relaxing evening at home, he values the opportunity to create meaningful experiences together.

MeiLi brings a strong academic foundation in accounting and a genuine enthusiasm for her work at H&E Advisors. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accountancy and a Master of Science in Accountancy, both from Boise State University. MeiLi takes pride in approaching each engagement with curiosity, care, and a commitment to doing things well. Having spent most of her life in Idaho, she is excited to build her career close to home. Outside of the office, MeiLi loves taking advantage of everything the Idaho outdoors has to offer with the people she loves. She enjoys riding her horse, Fig, hiking, and playing volleyball with friends.

Patrick joins H&E Advisors as a Staff Auditor after graduating from Boise State University in May 2026 with a degree in Accounting. Eager to put that foundation to work, he's looking forward to growing alongside the H&E Advisors team and bringing energy and attention to detail to every engagement. Outside of work, you can find Patrick on the golf course, enjoying the outdoors, or spending time with friends and family.
